How do I pay for a Kraftedprint purchase?
We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout. Available payment options are displayed during checkout based on your order and location.
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Kraftedprint?
We do not add hidden charges to your order. Product prices and any applicable taxes or shipping charges are clearly shown during checkout before you place your order.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for your order when it is delivered to you. If COD is available for your delivery address and order, you will see the option during checkout.
Shipping
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that the Seller or our delivery partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some delivery partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the product, production time, and shipping destination. The estimated delivery timeframe will be provided on the applicable product page or during checkout.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, production requirements, destination, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays. The estimated timeframe shown for your order is the best available estimate at the time of purchase.
Where does KraftedPrint ship?
KraftedPrint ships to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability and applicable shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Cash on Delivery may not be available for every delivery address or order. If COD is available for your order, the option will be displayed during checkout. Otherwise, you can use one of the available online payment methods.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside KraftedPrint’s control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.
Cancellation and Return
Can I modify/change the specification for the ordered product without cancelling it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. Changes may be possible only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
A greyed-out ‘Cancel’ button may indicate:
– The item is out for delivery or already delivered.
– The item is non-refundable (e.g., digital products like Gift Cards).
– The cancellation window has passed and doorstep cancellations may incur fees.
Check the product’s cancellation policy before purchase for clarity.
How long does it take to cancel an order?
Cancellation requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we will confirm whether the order can be cancelled. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I reinstate a cancelled order?
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be processed or delivered. It is recommended that you place a new order based on availability.
To locate the product quickly, visit the ‘Orders’ section of your Kraftedprint account and select ‘Buy now’.
Where can I find the free cancellation period once an order is placed?
After placing an order, you can find the free cancellation period on the ‘Order Details’ page.
