General Policy
1. Payment and Pricing Policy
Pricing: All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of checkout is the final price for the order, excluding any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax or VAT will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on the customer’s shipping address.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other digital payment options as listed at checkout. Production begins only after successful payment clearance.
Promotions: Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
2. Design & Content Policy (Acceptable Use)
Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the final design, including spelling, grammatical errors, image resolution, and color mode (CMYK vs. RGB) after the final proof has been approved. We are not responsible for errors in the original file provided by the customer.
Copyright and Permissions: By submitting a design, the customer affirms they have the legal right or permission to use all images, text, and artwork. Krafted Print reserves the right to cancel any order that infringes upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of a third party.
Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is deemed illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Processing Time: Order processing involves production time (printing, crafting, and packaging) plus shipping time. The estimated processing time is displayed on the product page and starts after the final design proof is approved.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order and will be displayed before final payment.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping: We offer worldwide delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
Custom Product Nature: Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not offered for customer dissatisfaction based on taste, style, or customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered, spelling mistakes approved on the proof).
Quality Guarantee: If the product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved proof (e.g., the wrong product, incorrect print placement, or a clear manufacturing defect), we offer a free reprint or a full refund.
To qualify, customers must notify us within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7 days) of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the defect.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun and the design proof has not been finalized. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
